Hoppediz Baby Slings are woven from a special cross twill weave which allows the sling to stretch evenly in both diagonal directions. The sling can adjust to both the baby and parent's body and to support the baby's back. The sling itself doesn't stretch and doesn't lose its stretch even when heavy toddlers are being carried! The natural yarns used for the slings are dyed before weaving so that all slings are colour fast and can look new after countless washes. Slings are not pre-shrunk - a process which is unnecessary and causes extra environmental  pollution - and will shrink slightly after their first wash. Other special features of Hoppediz slings are:

• Both edges are woven in contrasting colours so that you can find the edges more easily when tying
• Two labels mark the centre of the sling which makes it easier to find the centre.
• The sling is cut diagonally so that the ends are easier to knot
• There is a pouch at the end of the sling which can be used for a purse, keys, tissues or anything else you need to keep to hand
• All slings come with matching accessories: storage bags and cuddle cloths. Some have matching doll slings.  
• Some slings are available in a 'light' option - this means that the fabric used is woven from finer threads and feels especially light and soft. It's ideal for use during summer months. Others are available in organic cotton.
