Ordering

To place an order, use the Add to Cart button located on our product pages. You can pay by credit or debit card via Paypal (you don't need a Paypal account to do this). If you'd prefer to pay over the phone by creidt or debit card or would like to pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer, please call us on 01954 204742. We are a family business and havethree young children so if you could avoid phoning between 7.00 & 8.30pm, you stand a greater chance fo reaching us! Delivery options

Standard UK postage is included in the cost of each sling. If you'd like your parcel sent recorded or special delivery or if you live outside the UK, you can add postage costs using the menu to the left of each page. We have separate shipping rates for Europe and the rest of the world and you can choose untracked or tracked (signed for) delivery.

We will despatch all in-stock items within five working days (sooner if we can!) of receiving your order. Occasionally we have to order in items from the supplier and these may be sent directly to you or may take slightly longer to arrive. We'll contact you if it looks like your order will take more than 10 working days to reach you.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Faulty items: If any item you receive from us is faulty or damaged, you may return it for a full refund. Please send it back to us with all packaging and instructions and a note of the fault/damage. We will refund you the full cost of the item (excluding priority postage costs which we're not able to refund) or offer you an exchange. Please contact us as soon as you become aware that an item is faulty and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. (We recommend that you check it as soon as you receive it). We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate or send the item back to us by recorded delivery.

Non-faulty items: If you wish to exchange or return a non-faulty item, this is usually possible if the item is unused/unworn and returned with all original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Items that were despatched directly by the supp;ier may not be exchanged - this includes most Ellaroo & Patapum items. (This is because the postage costs of having these sent out are so high). Please contact us before sending back any item.

We will inspect all returned items and reserve the right to offer a partial refund if an item has been used or worn or if packaging or instructions are missing. We will make a £3.50 minimum postage charge for an exchange for a non-faulty item.
 

After-sales support

We want to help you to choose the right sling for you and to make sure that it continues to meet your needs. If you live close to Cambridge, you may like to arrange a sling consultation so that you can try on a range of slings, practise different carries and chat to us about your needs. Or pop along to our stall on the Cambridge Market on Mondays.

If you can't have a face-to-face consultation, we can offer help via e-mail and telephone, both before and after your purchase.

Privacy We operate in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will never pass your personal details to any other individual or organisation. We may store your personal information, including your name, address, e-mail address amd telephone numebr. We may, from time to time, send you special offers and other product information.
